Than go fastboot mode
Open mi unlock tools and screen maybe lost dont panic.
Click left buttom than right after unlocked.
Flash stock rom via edl or fastboot with professional tools.

I think miunloc.exe can't unlock without flashing necessary unlock file

No sir it will completely goes to 9008 , not screen black, I have tested your file two redmi note 7 pro. Now I lost baseband. I can't fix back to normal

this file is for redmi 7, on redmi note 7 pro doesnt work, I try downgrade to oldest firmware and the result is the same, blackscreen only EDL mode not going to fastboot
