after so many days trying, I was finally able to flash files to remove the MI account, but after flashing it stays on the hanging logo.
DO NOT USE this file, leave the logo hanging:
New - Redmi Note 8 Pro (begonia) FRP+Mi Account File
wait more than 30 minutes and follow the logo.
Then I flashed the complete software successfully, but it's still in the logo ...
I already made wipe data, xiaomi flash does not allow updating via recovery
